GENERAL RETURN POLICY If you purchased it less than 7 days ago, you can request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST keep the product until an RMA number is issued to you. There will be no RMAs issued for opened software. A 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns will apply. If you paid by credit card, you will be credited the total amount of your order (less 15% and the shipping costs). If you paid by cash or cheque, a cheque in the amount of your order (less 15% and the shipping costs) will be mailed to you within 3 weeks. To request an RMA, please open your MY ACCOUNT page and click the Returns (RMA) button and follow the instructions. Once we review your request, we will notiy you accordingly of the procedure. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If the product is defective and you purchased it less than 7 days ago, you may request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST keep the product until an RMA number is issued to you, upon which you may ship the product back to us at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will test it and determine its condition. Should it prove to be defective, you will be refunded the full amount or replace the product with a new unit. If the product is not defective, you will be refunded the total amount of your order minus the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can put you in direct contact will the manufacturer for direct servicing. To request an RMA, please open your MY ACCOUNT page and click the Returns (RMA) button and follow the instructions. Once we review your request, we will notiy you accordingly of the procedure.
