REFUND POLICY

We provide a 100% satisfaction on all products in our online store according to our general warranty policy.  We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction.

1.        To obtain a refund for a purchase, customer needs to return the item(s) to muotitek.com following our General Warranty Policy.

2. Based on our General Warranty Policy, we will make sure the returned item(s) are qualified for refund. We reserve the right to reject any items that does not conform to our policy.
3. Once the refund request is approved, upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the refunds amount will be made within in 5 businesses days.
4. Refund amount is according to the General Warranty Policy.
5. Refund will be made in the same method as customer purchased the product(s).
6. Due to different of payment transaction form, please allow an appropriate period to receive the refund.
